Water around here runs the full spectrum — city water with chlorine and hardness, well water with iron and sulfur, and everything in between. The right filtration depends on what's actually in your water, which is why we test first and sell second.

What we handle

  • Whole-home carbon filters for chlorine, taste, and odor
  • Water softeners for hard water and scale buildup
  • Iron filters and iron breakers for rust-staining well water
  • Sulfur removal for that rotten-egg smell on well systems
  • UV systems to neutralize bacteria on private wells
  • Sediment pre-filters for silty or sandy supply
  • Under-sink reverse osmosis for drinking water
  • Service and repair on existing systems, even ones we didn't install
  • Salt deliveries and system check-ups on a schedule

Signs you need filtration

  • White scale on faucets, showerheads, and inside the kettle
  • Orange or rust staining in toilet bowls, tubs, and on laundry
  • A rotten-egg smell from the hot water or cold water
  • Chlorine taste or pool smell from the tap on city water
  • Itchy skin, dry hair, or soap that won't lather
  • Cloudy water or visible sediment in a glass
  • You're on a well and have never had the water tested

How we do it

  1. Test first. A basic water test tells us hardness, iron, pH, and chlorine — the deciders for which system you actually need
  2. Size the system to your household flow rate and number of people. An undersized softener regenerates too often and doesn't last
  3. Recommend only what the water calls for. Sometimes that's a $400 inline carbon filter, not a $4,000 multi-stage system
  4. Install with bypass valves so servicing later doesn't mean shutting the house down
  5. Walk you through salt loading, filter changes, and service intervals before we leave

Residential, commercial, or new construction

Most filtration is residential, and well water is especially common in the rural parts of Northeast Arkansas. Commercial filtration shows up in restaurants (ice machines and coffee lines are fussy about hardness) and small medical offices. On new construction, plumbing the loop for future filtration during rough-in is cheap insurance — adding a softener to a finished house with no loop means cutting into a wall.
