Fixtures are where plumbing meets the part of the house you actually see. A good install is level, sealed, pressure-tested, and not going to leak onto your floor in two years. We install what you bought, or we help you spec something that fits your home and your budget.

What we handle

  • Kitchen and bathroom faucets, single-hole and widespread
  • Toilets — standard, comfort height, dual-flush, smart toilets
  • Garbage disposals, from basic 1/3 HP to heavy-duty units
  • Tubs, tub surrounds, and freestanding soakers
  • Showers, shower valves, and multi-head systems
  • Pot fillers above the range
  • Refrigerator ice maker lines and filtered water taps
  • Utility sinks, laundry boxes, and outdoor hose bibs
  • Bidets, wall-mount toilets, and accessible fixtures
  • Remodel rough-ins for new fixture locations

Signs you need a fixture replaced

  • A faucet drips no matter how many cartridges you try
  • A toilet rocks, runs, or sweats year-round
  • The disposal hums but won't turn
  • Shower valve is scalding or freezing when someone flushes elsewhere
  • You're updating a space and the old fixtures don't match anymore
  • Low flow from a fixture while the rest of the house is fine
  • Mineral crust around the base that keeps coming back

How we do it

  1. Talk through what you want. Bring-your-own-fixture works great when you've done the research. If you'd rather we spec it, we'll point you to models we actually trust
  2. Verify the rough-in — supply locations, drain size, clearances — before anyone pulls the old one off
  3. Install it right: new supply lines, proper sealant, torque to spec, no over-tightened compression fittings that'll fail next year
  4. Pressure test and run the fixture. Check for leaks at every joint with the system on
  5. Clean up, haul the old fixture away, and show you how the new one works if it has any quirks

Residential, commercial, or new construction

Residential is most of this work — kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms. Commercial installs include restroom fixtures, mop sinks, commercial disposals, and handwash stations in food service. On new construction, trim-out is a coordinated dance with the builder's schedule, and we show up when the tile and cabinets are ready, not before.

Why call Prestige
