1. Meet on plans early. We flag anything that will cost money to change later — under-sized gas, water heater placement, vent stack locations, island drain rough-in
2. Price the full scope in writing. Materials, labor, inspections, and what's excluded. No surprises at draw time
3. Show up on the scheduled day. The plumbing window is rough-in, top-out, trim — we hit each one without dragging the build
4. Keep the site clean. Pipes capped, trash out, no tools left in the framing
5. Coordinate inspections with the local authority and meet the inspector on site when it helps the job move
