Remodels live or die on the trades lining up. The plumber shows up at the wrong week and a kitchen sits taped-off for fourteen more days. We do the plumbing side of bath and kitchen remodels — rough-in, relocations, fixture trim — and we coordinate with your GC or work directly with you if you're running the project yourself.

What we handle

• Moving supply and drain lines for new fixture locations
• Relocating tubs, showers, vanities, and toilets
• Kitchen island plumbing including dishwasher and disposal drains
• Pot filler installation above the range
• Shower valve replacement and body spray / rain head additions
• Converting tub-only bathrooms to walk-in showers
• Upgrading galvanized or polybutylene to PEX or copper during open-wall access
• Gas range conversions and new gas drops during the remodel
• Whole-house repipes when the walls are already opened up
• Final trim-out: fixtures, faucets, toilets, connections, testing

Signs a remodel should include plumbing upgrades

• The home still has galvanized supply lines or polybutylene
• Shower valves are 20+ years old and parts are scarce
• The main shutoff doesn't fully close
• You want a layout change — island, new bathroom, moved toilet
• You're going tankless and the current gas line is undersized
• There's evidence of past leaks behind the walls coming out during demo

How we do it

1. Walk the space with you or your GC before demo — review the plans, flag anything the drawings miss, and quote the plumbing scope up front
2. Rough-in during the framing stage, locating supply and drain exactly where the fixtures will land
3. Pressure test the supply side and inspect drains before insulation and drywall close things up
4. Stay in touch on the schedule — our piece has a window, and we respect the trades coming before and after us
5. Trim out when cabinets, tile, and counters are set. Set fixtures, connect everything, test, and walk the job with you

Residential, commercial, or new construction

Remodels are largely residential — kitchens, primary baths, guest baths, laundry rooms. Small commercial remodels (restaurants reconfiguring, retail spaces changing hands) fit the same workflow. Pure new construction has its own page, but a whole-home renovation down to the studs lives somewhere between the two.
