Journeyman Plumber
Experienced plumber for residential and light commercial service work across Northeast Arkansas. Truck + tools provided.
We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in doing the job right. You'll handle diagnostic work, installs, repairs, and the occasional after-hours emergency. You'll work alongside a small, tight team that has each other's backs.
You'll fit in here if you:
- Show up when you say you will.
- Talk to customers like they're neighbors, not numbers.
- Leave every jobsite cleaner than you found it.
- Want to learn — we pay for continuing education.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Install and service water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Drain cleaning, leak detection, and sewer camera work
- Partner with the team on larger remodel and new construction jobs
- Handle occasional after-hours emergency rotations (compensated)
- Keep the truck stocked, the work area clean, and the paperwork current
What you'll bring
- Arkansas Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Clean background check
